As you code or do other computer work with intense focus, you tense your body and push your mind for hours. just ten breaths gently reminds you to pause — without ever breaking your flow.

Subtle, not intrusive

Every other breathing app interrupts you with notifications or modal windows. just ten breaths lives in your menu bar. Once an hour, its leaf icon starts gently pulsing. You choose when to acknowledge it — when you naturally surface from deep focus, not when a popup demands it.

Guided breathing flower

Click the icon and a breathing flower appears, guiding you through calm, deep inhales and exhales. Count your breaths — 10 if you're busy, 20 if you're ambitious. If your mind wanders and you lose count, start over from 1. By the time you're done, your jaw has unclenched, your shoulders have dropped, and the swirling stress has calmed.
